The short answer

A private-label order needs two linked specifications: what is inside each pack and how the pack is presented. Compare quotes on the same fill weight, component counts, packaging format and artwork scope; confirm MOQ for that exact configuration.

Define each sellable unit before choosing a pack

Start with the unit your customer will receive. Is it a weighed blend, a counted set of charms, or a blend plus a fixed number of focal pieces? For assorted sets, say whether every set must contain the same styles or whether an approved assortment is acceptable.

If a photo shows a jar next to loose fillers, do not assume the jar or the displayed quantity is included. Our styled packaging images are presentation concepts. A filled packaging sample and a written content specification establish the final order.

Choose packaging around the contents

Format to discussUseful questionApproval item
Bulk bagWill your team divide the contents into smaller packs?Net weight and resealing method
Retail pouchCan large pieces fit without stressing the seal?Filled pouch dimensions and label placement
Jar or tubHow much headspace is needed for the chosen mix?Filled appearance, closure and packing method
Assorted kitMust every compartment contain fixed pieces?Per-compartment contents and outer packaging

Packaging availability and printing options are confirmed by quotation. Review the filled pack, not only an empty container, especially when large charms sit above a loose blend.

Ask what drives the minimum order

There is no single MOQ that describes every custom project. Existing components in a bulk bag, a new mixture, custom-printed packaging and a new molded shape can involve different setup requirements. Ask whether the minimum applies per design, color, mixture or packaging artwork.

Keep the quotation units consistent. For example, 2,000 packs at a target net content of 10 g represent 20 kg before any separately specified items. This is a planning calculation, not a Qula Craft MOQ or pack-weight promise. Request separate lines for product content, packing, printing, sample work and freight where relevant.

Approve the label and repeat-order record

Provide the brand artwork, internal SKU, label dimensions and destination language. Confirm the required market information with the responsible importer before artwork approval. English, Spanish and Portuguese artwork may need different text space even when the pack contents are identical.

Retain a versioned approval file containing the mix specification, filled-pack photo and final label proof. For later orders, identify whether you want an exact repeat or a change. Qula Craft accepts mixing, OEM/ODM, custom labeling and private-label packing enquiries; share the quantity and target date through our quotation page.

Questions buyers ask

Can I supply my own label artwork?

Yes. Send the artwork and desired label format with the packing brief. Production suitability and the final proof need approval before printing.

Is the MOQ the same for bulk supply and branded retail packs?

Not necessarily. Ask for the minimum quantity for each component, mixture and packaging configuration in your quotation.
